Replaces the sliding panel project viewer with a cool Z-plane media embed expansion. This is accomplished by adding foreground/background state to the viewer context, and transitioning the list to the background while expanding the viewer from an origin point. The overall effect is a zoom or expansion of the media item into the foreground state.
The original concept was to explore the View Transitions here. But experiments showed that the spring scale animation UX is smoother and better supported across devices when compared to a relatively complex node transition..
