All JSON language identifiers have been changed to JSON with Comments since that is the one used by VSCode for its settings — a snippet containing a comment was highlighted as if it contained an error while it is actually correct; shell commands have been identified as such.

Right now it looks like version 3 is shipped by default, but that's been true only in version 10.0.0. This causes confusion as to why the default setting for
tralingCommais not all (#3453).
