New menu command: Change selected node permissions

Description of Changes

Adds a new option in the menu to change the selected node permissions. When invoking this menu option - m, C - it prompts the user for a new mode (i.e.: +x) and then it uses that input for executing chown in the selected node.

Does not work in Windows for now.

  • MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes
  • MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards-compatible manner
  • PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes
• Update CHANGELOG.md, following the established pattern.

Collaborator's Instructions
