Several fixes including fixing a regression in the layout engine on Intel graphics that caused gaps between displays, now keeping user chosen scaling on login (and connecting displays) when there are only lodpi displays, notification now shows the correct scaling mode on login, and handling laptop lid state on more hardware than before.
