feat: add backup system configuration #20

- Create `systems/x86_64-linux/backup` directory structure. - Add `disko-config.nix` with ZFS layout (system, nix, data datasets) and optimizations for Borg (recordsize=1M, compression=lz4 on data). - Add `configuration.nix` enabling `srv` module, Tailscale, ZFS support, and creating a restricted `borg` user. - Add `default.nix` to integrate with Snowfall lib. - Include placeholder for restricted SSH keys and secure /data permissions.

backupfor x86_64-linux.
