Some (useful) scripts to manage the platform

Configuration

You need to set the following environment variables used by the bin/* scripts:

• PLAY_STABLE : Where the stable platform is installed
• PLAY_PUBSUB : The pubsub bootstrap endpoint (deprecated...)
