Tested this on a separate repository, seems to work.
@emeryberger you need to go to PyPI > Account settings > API tokens and create a new one for this repository. Then go to CWhy settings > Secrets and variables > Actions and add a new repository secret with key
PYPI_API_TOKEN. Ready to stamp and merge after that.
