I recently received an email from ngrok notifying me that I'd been using out-of-date agents that were soon to be deprecated. Apparently the URLs to download them are at point-in-time versions so I was overdue to update these.
While I was at it, I dropped the Actions workflows for some runner OS versions that have been deprecated.
