Segmentation fault solved. Reason: sort needs a StrictWeakOdering (if x==x then false). Therefore one sorting criteria can not be flipped to offer sorting in the other direction

Add the signature BamMultiReader::SetSortOrder(const SortOrder& order, const bool& ascending =true) and removing comments
