I'm not sure if I would add "this will be available in 17", as that'll be part of tde_heap (full), which we want to release later separately.

Can we reword it as "Will be available as part of the tde_heap_full access method that is planned to be released as the tech preview in Percona Server for PostgreSQL 17"?

Yes, that's clearer. (It's tde_heap, not tde_heap_full)

@nastena1606 please discuss with @dutow the https://perconadev.atlassian.net/browse/PG-1017 impact on this statement. I think it asks for a bit more explanation and what is available with pg_tde and what when this story is implemented and a way to enable experimental options is provided.
