This PR add supports of Vault Enterprise Namespaces by adding CLI args
It supports kv v2 as well

@pia-drcash Hey :)

I'm not part of @peopledoc anymore, so even if I review, I won't be able to approve or merge, and it's unclear whether they will be able to release anything.

The best way of action is probably to fork. To be honest the name "vault-cli" is really confusing compared to the cli of the official vault binary (well, probably less than hvac but still 😏).

Apache2 licence lets you fork
