Welcome to the OpenXLA Community

This Repository

OpenXLA is a community-driven, open source ML compiler ecosystem, using the best of XLA, MLIR, and IREE. The community repository stores documents used by the OpenXLA developer community:

Communication Channels

  • openxla-discuss Mailing List - Technical and community conversations about the OpenXLA project & its components, community meeting invitations & agendas. This is our primary channel.
  • openxla-announce Mailing List - Less frequent announcements from OpenXLA project maintainers, including project news, events and major releases.
  • OpenXLA Discord - Synchronous chat about top-level project updates, and the development of /xla and /stablehlo.
  • IREE Discord - Synchronous chat about the development of /iree.

Other Resources

  • Community Calendar - Add to your calendar to subscribe to all community meetings & events.
  • Google Drive Folder - Public files shared by project maintainers; viewable without a Google login.
  • OpenXLA Logos - For guidance on use of logos or other brand assets, please contact openxla-brand at openxla dot org.

Repositories

  • StableHLO: Portability layer between ML frameworks and ML compilers.
  • XLA: Main XLA codebase (being migrated from tensorflow/compiler/xla).
  • IREE: MLIR-based end-to-end compiler and runtime for ML models. Note that IREE has its own comms channels (see its README).

Code of Conduct

Until an OpenXLA-specific Code of Conduct is in place, all community spaces for OpenXLA are subject to the TensorFlow Code of Conduct.
