Adds BookMarks and Chapters to the Video OSD screen. Uses existing Bookmarks and Info icons on the main video control panel to the right of the video controls.

Add the BookMarks/Chapters overlay as well as the Info overlay to the VideoOSD screen. Existing widgets are used to activate them to the right of the player controls at the bottom.
Though this is created on Jarvis, I see no reason it wouldn't work on the Krypton branch as well though hasn't been tested.
