Adds the witchcraft-logging Idea plugin
The witchcraft-logging Idea plugin adds the ability to parse and render witchcraft-api structured logs from the IDE console output. If the plugin is not installed a prompt will be displayed for a 1-click install.

Possible downsides?
The goland plugin is packaged as part of godel (link), so anyone using Goland will be prompted to install this package.
