What to do about synonyms?

Add @eddie-knight points out, we have synonyms defined in our lexicon, but we don't do anything with them. Should we?

Minor addendum: we don't render them. The synonyms are included in the search when adding links to the text in the criteria definitions.

I tried rendering them as a list, but in most cases the only synonym is for plurals, such as "Exploitable Vulnerability" and "Exploitable Vulnerabilities" — and the list looks really silly in those cases.
