VarForm.memberName_tableis a@Stablearray that should be eagerly initialized to allow aggresive optimizations during inlining before static analysis. This PR updates the object replacer inVarHandleFeatureto make sure aVarForminstance is properly initialized even if it is discovered without itsVarHandle.
