create a zip file with client/mcp/rag dir content + optimizer_settings,json with sensitive data
Optimizer API server is 8001, so could go in conflict. Changed for MCP server in 9001

Through a new button in settings it's now possible dowload an langchain mcp server that runs current optimizer_settings.json, included into the project dowloaded.
