Add link to online page on all pages

For development / QA, it would be very helpful to have a button on every page to be able to go online and easily compare the page content.

Regularly, content is broken in the ZIM ... because it is broken online.

I think we need to add a button to "go online" in a new tab, so that it will be easier for devs and QAs to compare pages.

Shall we just add a small button "mostly invisible", e.g. like the globe at the top right corner of the page below? @Popolechien WDYT?

Sounds like a good idea, but shouldn't this be a generic feature on library.kiwix.org ?

There is a feature request at openzim/libzim#904

But until then (pretty sure it will take time to agree on a conventional metadata and then implement in readers), I propose to do it first in mindtouch scraper.
