This reverts commit d9af34a. Reason for revert: This change is causing a critical failure in the mysql-router as documented in https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-mysql-router/+bug/2069661. Closes-Bug: #2069661 Func-Test-Pr: openstack-charmers/zaza-openstack-tests#1224 Change-Id: I4b06bfc63fbee6755ef028715f318af5a727cd5a

Reason for revert: This change is causing a critical failure in the mysql-router as documented in https://bugs.launchpad.net/charm-mysql-router/+bug/2069661. - with the revert being proposed on the charm, the test also needs removing.
