Add an Eco-Score completion pipeline

Who for

• People who have scanned an incomplete product

Why

• As an app user, I'd like to be able to get the Eco-Score on any product in the world, even if it does not exist in Open Food Facts, or it's not complete enough.
• As a power user, I'd like to help make Eco-Score computation more accurate on products which already have an Eco-Score

• A button on the Environment card directing to (ideally) a refined edit mode, with specific instructions on what to do

This issue is about how to get the eco score. It is calculated on the server if we have enough information about the product and this tracker tracks issues which should simplify the process to provide the correct informations to get the eco score
