Testing instructions

• Checkout feat: iframe messaging for component picker in problem bank [FC-0062] edx-platform#35888
• Create a problem bank.
• Click on Add components button in the block.
• The picker modal should open up in the mfe and not inside the iframe.
• Verify that it works as expected.
