Bookmarklet Concept

Proof of concept of a bookmarklet script that interacts with Google Docs to store data.

Specifications

• This proof of concept implements a simple form that contains a text field, a dropdown field, and a Submit button.
• Clicking on the submit button saves the inputted data, as well as the page URL, to a Google Spreadsheet.
