A small dataset for testing Hi-C software.
The data was obtained in Hi-C experiments on S. Cerevisiae yeast, GEO accession number GSE73890. Here, we posted the first 10000 sequences from SRR2601842, SRR2601843, SRR2601845, SRR2601848 and SRR2601851.
