Could we use CNCF devstats for this? |
I didn't find a way to identify first time contributors with CNCF DevStats, but I need to double check on that |

Having a regular report on the contributors to our Project can be helpful to identify new contributors (to reach out to them as suggested in #17, or to help finding new approvers, maintainers, etc.)
