Marking this as a draft; apparently this just happened to be the last test in the suite and the logs don't specify which test exactly caused the issue. |

Description
Disable
TestSupervisorEmitBootstrapTelemetryon Windows since it leaks a goroutine. I don't have a Windows machine handy to test this and haven't been able to find any obvious reasons why there would be extra goroutines when the test finishes.Link to tracking issue
