#44 added the ability to constrain speed limits along lanes. When traversing multiple collinear lanes with varying speed limits, this is done crudely by just using the lowest speed limit among all the lanes. A better approach would be to accelerate/decelerate in a way that always uses the highest speed that respects each lane's speed limit.
