This allows parsing `(_ +zero 8 24)` as an indexed identifier instead of getting stuck. Solving the disambiguity in the parser generator would be nice, but this works fine.

Hi, this adds the FloatingPoint sort and a few basic tests.
I'm not using it yet, so it might be a bit rough still. 🙂
