This pull request includes a new use case scenario for Dell in the value-scenarios/contributor-scenarios/Dell directory. The change is aimed at improving communication with customers regarding the end of vulnerability remediation support for specific products.
New use case scenario:
value-scenarios/contributor-scenarios/Dell/Dell_Use_Case_001: Added a scenario where a vendor wants to inform customers about the cessation of vulnerability remediations for a product/version under regular support.
