Rod n' Mod - Polishing the Rod

Added Stuff

• Added a logger to Rod n' Mod to make debugging easier!
• Added optimizations to the Rod n' Mod frontend and backend code to make it run faster!
  • Mod buttons are now updated dynamically instead of refreshing the entire list every interaction.
  • Lists now only render once instead of everytime an item gets added. (Fragmenting!)
• Added the very basics of the Save Manager!
• Added new Setting Options:
  • Save Backups: Automatically creates a backup everytime WEBFISHING is ran modded.
    • This is not implemented yet.
    • This has some conditions in order to trigger, and not actually keep on creating a save everytime you run as modded.
  • Logs Telemetry
    • This is not implemented yet.
    • This option might get removed if i can't see any good bug reporting services.
    • Sends logs to me automatically for debugging.
• Added a spinning gear icon and loading status when you run Rod n' Mod!
• Added icons for the time the mod last updated, and the mod's website.
• Mods are now isolated for better control over mods!
• Added Installation Path Override to fallback to the user-defined path incase if rod n' mod can't be detected.
  • This is triggered only as fallback.

Updated Stuff

• Updated the updater to not rely on another executable and zip files. (Screw you ZIP.)
• Updated some frontend checks to be at the backend to handle them better

Bug Fixes & Other Stuff

• Fixed the updater not being reinstalled because of dumb funny ' at how text is updated. (reported by jasoner @ webfishing cd)
• Opening the settings menu now hides every menu buttons. You can now close the settings with the close button.
• Made the window bigger to account for higher-resolution monitors.
• Removed Finding mods from other mod managers options in the settings

Fix Python.Runtime.dll not being found

A day after pain

It appears that the Python.Runtime.dll is not being found because of whatever shenanigans is happening while compressing the standalone to a ZIP file. so for now on Rod n' Mod will be compressed to 7z!
