Lock as prefix for private channels

This release contains the change of the prefix of private channels from ╠" to 🔒 to make private channels easier to spot.

Better logs, Speaker Emote in Text-Channel names

• Improved logging in log-channel when set
• The Speaker Emote is used to 'highlight' the text channel that is linked to the voice channel

More channel names and better SQL handling

This release fixes SQL TiomeoutErrors because of reaching the max Queue Pool size.
It also introduces more names for private and public channels.
