Finishing up reading reaction products for electroatomic ACE data.
This also somewhat changes the cdf() interface function. It now throws an exception when no cdf is defined. TabulatedAngularDistribution and TabulatedEnergyDistribution can now be constructed from a pdf and cdf as well (this is used for the bremstrahlung photons and subshell ionisation electrons which only have a cdf in the ACE file - the corresponding pdf is constructed from the pdf).
