HealthTrack is a mobile application designed to empower users to lead healthier lives by tracking their daily habits. The app focuses on:

3. Exercise Tracking: Log daily physical activity and set fitness goals. This project focuses on designing an intuitive and engaging user interface based on provided wireframes.
