Developer Documentation

We have been adding a lot of features, so I decided to start compiling some (pre)release notes. Also some of the code should be reused by other developers, so I am going to start documenting some of it.

Nightscout Releases

• Every cgm-remote-monitor Release (since 0.3.0).
