thank you for your interest in contributing to the Nextclade datasets and for submitting this PR. However, looking at your tree.json, I can't find any clade or lineage annotations on your tree. Could you check whether this is the right file.

Furthermore, your README makes reference to Dengue 1-4, but I believe you have only submitted a dataset for Dengue 1, right?

I'm really stoked to see your reply. I am gradually gaining familiarity with the data format and structure of NextStrain, while also incorporating the tree file and making necessary modifications to the readme. The dataset for dengue 1 has already been submitted, and I am nearing completion on the datasets for dengue 2-4, which will be submitted shortly.

Thank you for the update. I still don't see a clade annotation on your tree. There should be a coloring that correspond to the clade nomenclature you are proposing.
