Added callback so that the application can handle poll statistics or output as needed.

On my system, the Serial device gets cut off from the output and messages are sent using a custom output. The ArtNet implementation assumed that "Serial" would always be available and crashed when it was not. By using a notification mechanism, the user can process the output any way they like. |
