Sava - Speech and Voice Analyzer

Sava is a analyzing tool for call center to Analyze and Recognize call records.

Currently it support only Avaya Contact Recorder meta data. Sava can analyze any other records, but it won't use meta data.

Before start you must:

  • download model for your language from Vosk-API site, and put it in wwwroot/model folder.
  • download ffmpeg and ffprob files for your OS from ffmpeg project site and put it in wwwroot/ffmpeg folder.
