make docson Emacs 24.5 / Org 8.2.10 and Emacs 27.0.91 / Org 9.3.1.Not included in this PR: The syntax
BEGIN_HTMLworks for Org v8, but not Org v9. The newer syntaxBEGIN_EXPORT HTMLdoes not work for Org v8. The first syntax is deprecated in Org 9.3.1, but should still work - it does not. Not sure how you want to approach that.
