Replaced examples with nodes generated by @n8n/node-cli and updated README

  • Replaced HttpBin node with declarative GitHub Issues node (OAuth2 + API key auth)
  • Added simple Example node showing basic programmatic approach
  • I generated 2 nodes using the CLI and merged them together in 1 package
