This PR fixes a bug in the Autocomplete component where openOnFocus would reopen the popup when the window regains focus.
Ensures the popup does not reopen when the user returns to the window via a click.
Preserves normal behavior when tabbing to the input.
Verified the fix works in Chrome and Firefox.
Accessibility tested to ensure no regressions.
I have followed (at least) the PR section of the contributing guide.
