Oasis Release v1.22.0

This release is a complete rewrite of the base application.
Includes some adjustments to work with Farming Simulator 22 Dedicated Servers.

Note: This release was not tested for Farming Simulator 19 or older Servers.
Use the last v1.19.x Release for Farming Simulator 19 Dedicated Server.
