in case of connect to running remote browser instance it is more easy to specify browser URL instead of WebSocket endpoint. WS endpoint is different on each start because includes UUID as a part of it.
Browser URL is a static string while you specify same debugging port in command-line options.
Please consider this patch. Otherwise every user of your library will handle it in his own code and it is not good from my point of view.
