Updated mapping for the Roland DJ 202, based on a previous version by Lykos153.
The updated version contains support for most of the different modes the DJ 202 is capable of. The Slicer mode is included, but far from being perfect, as graphic feedback in Mixxx itself is missing. Picthplay behaves mostly like in Serato, but it's missing the ability to shift up and down scales using the param buttons. Some special loop modes are not included (and most likely won't ever be). The TR-S part mostly comes from the DJ 505 mapping.
