@umar8hassan I think this is related to ol-django requiring changelogs, there was some discussion of this problem in the ol-django slack channel, seems like it hasn't been resolved:

All of the renovate PRs have Artifact update problem:
Post-upgrade command 'rye sync' has not been added to the allowed list in allowedPostUpgradeCommands
