2024/11/04現在ですがBlueskyのPreviewが表示できないようです(Misskey.ioで確認)

確認した範囲ではogpのmetaタグ自体はあるようです。

一旦IOの方で対応しました。
MisskeyIO#5

oEmbedに対応するには根本的な仕様変更がいるかも。

MisskeyがXの埋め込みに個別対応しているのと同じ要領でBluesky埋め込みも個別対応するかもしれません→ misskey-dev/misskey#14933
