Update the global vars so that secretAccessKey and accessKeyId are updated after metadata.readCredentials

Update the global vars so that secretAccessKey and accessKeyId are updated after metadata.readCredentials. Currently these variables are not set based on updates made to obj in metadata.js readCredentials function.
