Node is required for running the mapper, install it here: https://nodejs.org/en/download
1- Run npm install (from the root folder)
2- Paste the input csv files at the input folder: input/customers.csv, input/invoices.csv and input/transactions.csv
2- Run npm run map (from the root folder)
3- File is ready at output/holded_invoices.csv
