This way we could just have the base number without lose the precision, like: -> 5,00001 would be: 5. -> 5,01 would be 5,01.

Add a option to remove trailing decimals if they are zeros
This way we could just have the base number without lose the precision, like:
-> 5,00001 would be: 5.
-> 5,01 would be 5,01.
