Pandora Boilerplate v1.1.1

There was a lot of changes in this minor subversion but I think this changes worth a new release. I am not sure of some of the decisions made in this regarding of the files dependencies in the source folder but I will leave it in this way in this moment.

Modified many directory structures to manage javascript files. "Watch" tasks are no longer separate and Picturefill is added to dependencies (this library is essential nowadays).

First version of the pre-release. It has all of the main components to build a complete release. I want to add a template version to make his Github site.
