## Authentication Error - Can't Sign In (UserNotLoggedIn / AADSTS500113)

### Symptom
After upgrading CoE Core Components to version **4.50.8 or later**, the CoE Setup and Upgrade Wizard fails to open with authentication errors:
- **Error Code**: `UserNotLoggedIn`
- **Error Message**: "Can't Sign In"
- **Additional Details**: `[AdalError] endpoints_resolution_error` or `ClientConfigurationError: untrusted_authority: The provided authority is not a trusted authority`
- **AADSTS Error**: `AADSTS500113` (invalid redirect URI)

### Root Cause
This is a known authentication issue where MSAL (Microsoft Authentication Library) tokens become stale after solution upgrades. The app's authentication configuration is not properly refreshed, and browsers cache old authentication tokens.

### Quick Fix (Resolves 90% of Cases)

**Clear your browser cache completely:**

1. Close all Power Apps browser tabs
2. Clear browser cache and cookies for:
- `*.powerapps.com`
- `*.dynamics.com`
- `*.microsoft.com`
- `login.microsoftonline.com`
3. Set time range to **All time**
4. Close and fully restart your browser (quit the application)
5. Reopen browser and try the Setup Wizard again

**Alternative Quick Test:**
- Open the Setup Wizard in **InPrivate/Incognito mode**
- If it works there, return to clearing cache in normal browser
