- Add logic to check AvailabilityAttribute on member functions (wasn't checked before). Required for RQ / HitObject cluster methods. - Lowering for all ClusterID variants with tests - CLUSTER_ID_INVALID definition and tests - Validation logic with expected pass and fail tests
